Objective

The objectives and purposes of this organization shall be to advocate for America’s veteran and service disabled veteran owned small business enterprises for increased access to entrepreneurial and business education, technical assistance, startup and growth capital, open/transparent markets and contracting opportunities in the public and private sector marketplace.

Instructions

This application is used to collect information about the individual, VOSB, or organization desiring membership. Application for VET-Force membership will be accomplished by completing Page one and submitting it and the required supporting documentation to the VET-Force Chair. The following three categories comprise the members of the VET-Force.

A. Any “person” applying for membership must be a veteran. Any “person” applying for membership in this organization must provide a copy of their DD-214 or other separation document to support their eligibility for membership (Retired ID, VA Card, ??). ON PAGE ONE CHECK “PERSON.”

B. The owner of a small business meeting PL 106-50 criteria as being a veteran owned small business can apply for membership as a “VOSB.” ON PAGE ONE CHECK “VOSB” or “SDVOSB.”

C. Any “organization representing or supporting veterans” that is not a veteran owned small business may apply for membership. An organization applying for VET-Force membership must provide documentation to support their eligibility for membership. ON PAGE ONE CHECK “ORGANIZATION.”

(If “Person” is checked on page one the BUSINESS name will be for information purposes ONLY. If VOSB or SDVOSB is checked the person named in item 1 or the person named in item 9 will be allowed one vote in the name of the VOSB or SDVOSB.
