The Economic Opportunity Committee (EOC) of the Vietnam Veterans of America National Board of Directors featured a special presentation on the new ‘Forever GI Bill’ and the steps the VA will be taking for implementation. ‘Also had a discussion regarding a business development program for veteran business owners in the federal marketplace.

In summary, the VA proposes that the new Forever GI Bill is pretty much on track for implementation. Some provisions will be implemented now and some more later in the year due to the time it will take to upgrade the IT systems for processing.
